1. Program Description
Chimney Trail Waypoint Alerts sends recurring operational text messages related to your participation in a Chimney Trail program. Messages may include Waypoint Kit notifications and reminders or notices related to required program surveys. These messages are intended to support program participation, logistics, and customer service. They are not marketing or promotional messages.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on Waypoint Kit status and required program survey schedule.
3. Opt-In
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring operational text messages from Chimney Trail through Chimney Trail Waypoint Alerts.
4. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the short code from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from this program. If you want to join again, you must opt in again through the original enrollment method.
