2. Procurement Pathways

U.S. Military & Government
IDIQ Contract
-
Chimney Trail Health holds an active IDIQ contract with the U.S. Marine Corps Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI). Other DoD branches and federal agencies may issue a delivery order under the existing contract, enabling streamlined access to our services without initiating a new procurement action.
-
Fast & Compliant: The technical contract heavy lifting is already complete. We have a proven and ready-to-deploy method for worldwide rollout of Chimney Trail Health programs.
IDIQ Government Purchase Card (GPCC) Option
-
Fastest Path for Smaller Purchases: For appropriated fund purchases under the micro-purchase threshold, GPCC offer a quick and compliant way to acquire Chimney Trail kits and training.
-
Perfect for Pilots or Small-Scale Rollouts: Ideal for unit-level orders, trials, or low-volume deployments—no contract creation needed. FAR 13.201 – Actions at or Below the Micro-Purchase Threshold
Traditional Contracting Path
-
Custom Contract Support: For agencies or departments requiring a new contract vehicle, our experienced staff will work directly with your procurement office to draft a FAR-aligned agreement.
-
For Appropriated Fund Buyers: This path is available when GPCC or NAFI-based delivery orders are not an option.

For deployments outside the continental U.S. or specialized training modules, contact us for a custom quote.
Beyond 20,000+ sets or multi-site seminars, we’ll create a tailored approach to shipping, logistics, and final pricing.
For government agencies or 501(c)(3) nonprofits, we will include any required clauses regarding tax exemptions or other legalities.
Final costs can vary based on shipping requirements, taxes, exemptions, or unique customization requests.
