CBT has proved to be transformational in childhood mental health development as well as in the lives of those suffering from anxiety, PTSD, or other debilitating mental health issues.
Recent surveys have uncovered that workplace suicides have increased by 39% since 2000 - we’re on a mission to change that. Our kits provide preventative intervention using fun, interactive adventure kits rooted in CBT concepts.

How can we be sure Chimney Trail will improve employees’ mental health?
There is a gigantic body of research that exists as proof that nature- and CBT-based therapies prevent anxiety & depression. We have partnered with experts at Brown, Johns Hopkins, & Stanford to create longitudinal studies for Chimney Trail’s curriculum to further that body of research and are developing software that surveys users as they complete activities to assess mental health indicators.
How can we provide feedback on the Chimney Trail program (if participating in a pilot program)?
As part of one of our pilot programs, representatives from your organization will have direct communication with the CEO of Chimney Trail to report feedback/issues - we’re invested in continuously improving our program and value your insight!
How does marketing Chimney Trail to employees work?
Chimney Trail will provide your organization with materials to market the program and educate employees on the benefits of enrolling, while your company will be responsible for distributing the marketing materials and subscription offerings to employees.
