Waypoint Kits · Applied Cognitive Readiness Training

The skills, applied where they matter.

Each Waypoint Kit takes Cognitive Readiness Training into one specific part of life. The same Catch, Check, Change method, applied to the thoughts that show up in that situation, with hands-on tools and exercises that build the habit over time, not one sitting. Mailed directly to your doorstep.

The Marksman Kits

Chimney Trail’s Marksman Kits give firearm owners the tools and knowledge to protect themselves, their family, and their community. Each kit pairs trusted firearm storage and range gear with evidence-based, self-paced Cognitive Readiness Training to challenge the cognitive distortions that drive destructive anxiety and depression, plus suicide prevention resources and action steps.
